Quality Control
We coordinate quality control across the production process for safety footwear and PPE. Our approach is organised into three distinct layers, which we keep separate so that a company-level statement is never presented as a model-level certification.
1. Company Review
Before entering a supply arrangement, we assess the production capability and processes of the partner facilities we work with. This is a supplier-evaluation step and does not itself certify any specific product.
2. Product Inspection
For each order, we coordinate inspection at key stages:
- Incoming material check — raw material and component review
- In-line inspection — checks during production
- Pre-shipment inspection — finished-goods sampling before dispatch
3. Certification
Certification applies to specific models and versions, not to our entire catalogue. When a particular model holds a test report or certificate (for example, a toe-cap impact test or a specific protection standard), we provide that document for that model on request.
We do not use a general statement such as “all products are CE / TÜV certified”. If you need a certified model, tell us the standard and application, and we will confirm which specific models have the relevant documentation.
How to Obtain Reports
Test reports and certificates are provided on request for specific models and orders. Contact us with the model number and the standard you need, and we will share the applicable documentation where it exists.
